Jason Talevski

After graduating from La Trobe University in 2012, Jason worked as a Research Assistant at Monash University in the fields of falls/fracture prevention & musculoskeletal health (2012-2017). In 2018, he received a NHMRC Postgraduate Scholarship & began his PhD at the University of Melbourne (conferred in December 2021). He received an Alfred Deakin Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at Deakin University where he undertook a 3-phase mixed-methods study to co-design a post-fracture care pathway for the primary care setting that aims to enhance detection of osteoporosis (2022-2023). Jason is currently the Senior Research Fellow for the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department (VVED). This involves determining the quality, safety, and efficacy of the VVED model through identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns within this complex dataset.
